Karlylle Schwartze,
CPA specializes in taxation and
business support services for individuals, professional entertainers,
family-owned businesses, venture funds, fiduciaries, and charitable
organizations. Karlylle has a Masters in Business Taxation from
University of Southern California and a B.A. in Business Economics from
UCLA, graduating in three years magna cum laude.
She has instructed courses in charitable giving and estate planning, and
presented on tax issues to the California State Society of CPAs. While at
Washington National Tax, she was involved in the research and development of
tax solutions, instructed KPMG manager / partner training, and published
technical articles for nationwide publication related to CRTs, FLPs and
derivative options. Karlylle is a licensed CPA in
California.
Chris Schwartze, CPA has over fifteen years
of private and public accounting experience, including Big 4 audit and
assurance services in Washington DC, Northern Virginia, Maryland, Orange County
and Los Angeles. Clients previously served
include the World Bank and other publicly traded financial institutions. He was also a Corporate Controller
in real estate.
Chris currently advises several nonprofit and for-profit boards on
accounting and financial matters. Chris holds a B.A. in Business Administration with a concentration in
Finance and Real Estate from California State University, Northridge and is a
licensed Certified Public Accountant in California.
Arron Mahony, CPA specializes in the taxation of business entities and has 20 plus years experience in her field. She started her career at KPMG in Orange County. Arron has a Masters in Business Taxation from University of Southern California and holds a B.A. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from California State University, Fullerton. Arron is a licensed CPA in California. She resides in Tustin with her husband and four children, and enjoys playing tennis and volunteering at her children's respective schools.
